Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cannabutter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray or butter.
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, and egg until well blended.
- Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
